Sublime Timing was developed from Sublime Racing's in-house timing capability. With a substantial investment in equipment, an accurate and highly resilient system was developed which has been tried and tested over multi-lap, multi-distance and 24hr events.

Meet The Team

Martin Jennings

Founder & CEO

Martin is a passionate runner who started Sublime Racing events in 2018 with the vision of giving runners of all abilities the most sublime racing experience possible.

A big part of that was to be able to provide industry-leading timing and results for our runners.

Martin and his Sublime colleague “Timing Tom” invested a huge amount of time and energy in perfecting the systems and processes required to provide such reliable, quick and user-friendly timing services.

Timing sporting events has now become a passion that Martin continues to enjoy.

Simon Hamilton

Co-director & Ops Mgr

Recently retired from just under 42 yrs in the military as an engineer and various roles within Air Traffic Control. His experience as a Flight Safety Officer was quickly identified and put to good use writing comprehensive and user friendly Risk Assessments for Sublime Racing. His wide and varied roles make him ideally suited for organising the planning and logistic for each event.

A keen runner, both road and trails, for many of his early years in the military, he returned to running again 6 yrs ago and participated in several 10k, Half and full marathons, posting an impressive time of 3:17hrs at the 2021 Peterborough Marathon.

To take a rest from his house restoration, Simon does the odd shift at Advance Performance (Peterborough) conducting gait analysis and promoting the benefits of running.
