As runners ourselves we know how important it is that events run smoothly and all that training is rewarded with a good time at the finish. We aim to provide an accurate and friendly timing service with results within seconds of a runner crossing the line. We pride ourselves on the technical system that has been developed over several years with our sister company, Sublime Racing, to cope with very large numbers of runners, separate start/finish areas, simultaneous multi-distances, 24 hr and multi-lap races.

Our system is multi-layered, so if one element fails to ‘read’ a bib chip there are several others that mirror the primary. Bespoke software compares the data from the primary and secondary chip readers to ensure a runner gets an accurate finish time. To cater for the very rare possibility that a chip has somehow been damaged and fails to work, we video the finish area from several angles just in case.

As race organisers ourselves, we know first-hand the amount of work and effort that goes into getting even a small village race sorted. To help, we can also take care of organising your bibs and online registration. Registration data can then feed directly into the timing system eliminating the possibility of human error when using spreadsheets and one less thing for the race organiser to worry about.

Our services are menu based and mainly scalable on the number of expected runners. We do, however, have a minimum charge which covers:

Chip Timing up to 363 runners.

Chips placed on bibs.

Individual email to participants with bib number and other info.

Race clock

Combined Start/Finish area.

Print out for Race Organiser of results.

Downloadable result file.

‘Live’ results

Individual results sent by email to each runner.
