Sapiston 10K Trail Run

Join us for a brand new 10K chipped timed run following footpaths and byways in a loop around Sapiston and Honington in Suffolk’s picturesque Black Bourn Valley. A mixture of trail and road running, this is a perfect challenge for both experienced runners and those wishing for a new challenge.

This event is hosted by Run Breckland for The Brecks Fen Edge Rivers and Landscape Partnership (BFER) with thanks to support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Time: Registration opens at 11am.

Start: mass start at 12 noon

Ages: 16+

Terrain: An undulating and mixed terrain comprising sand, stones, grass, tarmac, woodland tracks and fields.

Facilities: Free hot and cold drinks will be available in the Village Hall. There will also be a bag drop and toilets, and bespoke medals for all finishers.

Cost: £12 (An additional booking fee applies of £0.45 + 6% per ticket)

Ticket costs have been subsidised with thanks to the support of the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Join as a Volunteer: Would you like to be part of a friendly and fun team of volunteers to help at this event? Run Breckland are a community running charity who rely on the support of fantastic groups of volunteers. Volunteers assist Run Breckland with tasks such as helping to set up events, marshalling routes, cheering on participants, time keeping runners, handing out medals and prizes, and assisting with refreshments.
