How to enter a team in a relay with Sublime Timing
Entering a team into a relay event on the Sublime Timing platform is a straightforward and seamless process. Whether you're organizing a group of friends, club members, or colleagues, our step-by-step guide will help you navigate the entry process with ease.

Step 1: Click on the button labelled 'Enter Team'

Step 2: Give your team a name and click 'Save'

Step 3: Add your first team member by clicking on the 'Add Team Member' button

Step 4: Complete the form
Select the event's entry type and fill out the form with the participant's details, such as forename, surname, gender, date of birth, URN if they’re affiliated, their club, projected time for their leg, and any medical information. Then, agree to the terms and conditions, and add that team member. Note: Participants running multiple legs
If a participant is running multiple legs, you'll need to add a suffix letter to their surname for each leg to avoid duplication (EG "Anita Sublime A" for leg 1, "Anita Sublime B" for Leg 2 etc). You can remove the suffix letters afterwards in your User Area, for clarity.

Step 5: Simply repeat the process until all legs of the relay are filled
Step 6: Once all places are filled, click "Proceed to Payment"

Step 7: Confirm details are correct, click "Continue to Payment"

Step 8: Select payment method & Check out

Step 9: Make any amendments to your team in your "User Area"
Including editing team member details, changing order of team members, or changing team members completely.
In this section, you'll have the opportunity to remove the letter suffix from the surnames of participants who are running multiple legs.
