How to Transfer an Entry from One Participant to Another with Sublime Timing

Step 1: Login to Your Account

Step 2: Click on the Transfer Button

Step 3: Enter the Recipient’s Email Address

The recipient will receive an email from Sublime Timing with the subject line indicating an entry transfer. This email contains a link that they need to click to start the transfer acceptance process.




Step 6: Recipient Clicks on the Link

In the email, the recipient should click on the provided link to proceed with the transfer. This link directs them to the Sublime Timing website where they can accept the entry transfer.




Step 7: Login or Register

If the recipient already has a Sublime Timing account, they will be prompted to log in. If they do not have an account, they will need to register by creating one. This ensures that they have access to manage the event entry after the transfer is complete.





Step 8: Accept the Transfer in the User Area

Once logged in, the recipient will be taken to their User Area. Here, they will find the transfer invitation waiting for them. They need to click on the link within their account to formally accept the transfer.





Step 9: Complete the Transfer Form

After accepting the transfer, the recipient will be prompted to fill out a form with their personal details. This form ensures that all necessary information is updated to reflect the new participant’s details. Once the form is completed, they need to click the "Complete Transfer" button.




Step 10: Confirmation Notification

Once the transfer is successfully completed, a notification will appear in the top left corner of the screen, confirming that the entry has been transferred. This notification serves as an official confirmation that the recipient is now the registered participant for the event.
